Members depend on the Minnesota REALTORS^® to develop comprehensive real estate contracts and forms to meet their client's special needs. Annually, a special committee of appointed members meets to review and update the forms to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory issues.

This exclusive service of the Minnesota REALTORS^® is included in the member's annual dues. In the upper right hand corner of all Minnesota REALTOR^® approved forms, you will find the Association's copyright. Each form has an implementation/revision date printed in the bottom left-hand corner.

Because you have paid the Minnesota REALTORS^® for form development, as a member you can download all of the Residential and Commercial forms for no additional charge. This membership service is available to all Minnesota REALTORS^® in good standing with the Association. The PDF files can be accessed as often as you need them through the Internet by using your NRDS number or by simply downloading the forms onto your computer or hard drive.
