Education Extravaganza 2010 will offer a brand new course.

9:00am-12:00pm 2010 commercial Real Estate Issues with Lynn Leegar, Heidi Peterson and Christine Berger. This program will focus on the legal aspects of commercial real estate and the documentation required. We will look at the 2 major property tax concepts: Tax Increment Financing and the Statewide Property Tax on Commercial & Industrial properties. This class will provide overviews, calculations and legislative proposals and changes to these property tax areas. We will review the commercial forms and recent changes to Leases, contingencies of the Purchase Agreement and waranties.

Registration will open at 8:00 am and coffee & danishes will be available. The course will begin promptly at 9:00 am and conclude at 12:00pm. Please note that the MN Dept. of Commerce rules state that if you are more than 10 minutes late for a program you may not receive continuing education credit.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICIES - Refunds will be issued to anyone who provides a cancellation request in writing seven (7) calendar days prior to the event. Refunds are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Every attempt will be made to mail refunds within ten (10) calendar days after the event.
