1:00pm-5:00pm Forms-What Goes in the Blanks and Why with Lynn Leegard (3.75 hours of CE PENDING)

Registration will open at 12:15 pm. Costs include materials, coffee, sodas and cookies. Please note that the MN Dept. of Commerce rules state that if you are more than 10 minutes late for a program you may not receive continuing education credit.

The Forms course will begin promptly at 1:00 pm and will conclude at 5:00 pm.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICIES - Refunds will be issued to anyone who provides a cancellation request in writing seven (7) calendar days prior to the event. Refunds are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Every attempt will be made to mail refunds within ten (10) calendar days after the event.
