10:00 am - 12:00 pm 2009 Legislative Update (2.0 hrs of CE APROVED)

12:00 - 1:00 pm Box Lunches & buses to the Capitol

1:00 - 2:00 pm Rally in the Rotunda - Legislative Leaders & the Governor are invited

2:00 - 3:00 pm Visit with Legislators

3:00 - 4:00 pm Buses back to the Crowne Plaza Hotel

We strongly encourage you to carpool to the Crowne Plaza Hotel. As always, parking will be an issue. Using the Crowne Plaza St. Paul Riverfront (small vehicles only) and Capital City Plaza Parking Ramps is recommended. Parking ramp entrances are on Wabasha Street, Kellogg Blvd., 4th Street and Cedar Avenue.

Plan on arriving at least 15 to 20 minutes before the start of the program to ensure that you have enough time to park and get checked-in. If you are more than 10 minutes late, no continuing education credit can be given according to Commerce Department rules.

Please note buses will be running continuously from the Capitol to the Crowne Plaza. There will no longer be a reception the event will end after the buses bring you back to the Crowne Plaza.
