As a member of the Minnesota REALTORS®, you will have access to variety of benefits at a discounted price. Minnesota REALTORS® has negotiated price reductions with various insurance, travel services, and other entities in order to save you money.
Unlike many Trade Associations, your Minnesota REALTORS® do not take “spiffs” or “kick-backs” in exchange for offering you a benefit program. Unless a national contract prohibits us from further reducing the product cost to you, Minnesota REALTORS® makes every effort to give you the bonus through lower product costs. Our view is that you joined the Minnesota REALTORS® to benefit your business, not our pocket book. We pass on any “revenue-sharing” with our members through lower product costs.
