The Minnesota Association of REALTORS® offers GRI (Graduate REALTORS® Institute) courses in:

RLI - REALTOR® Land Institute
REALTORS® interested in the specialty field of farms and acreages have the opportunity to attend Land 101 in Minnesota. This class, approved for 15.0 hours of real estate continuing education is a core requirement for this designation.
