Can a buyer perform intrusive testing on a property they are interested in purchasing?
The MNAR Forms Committee added new language to the Inspection Contingency Addendum prohibiting a buyer from performing intrusive testing without the prior written authorization from the Seller. The 2005 revised Inspection Contingency Addendum allows the Seller to choose whether the DO or DO NOT agree to allow the buyer to perform intrusive testing.
