Can I use up old versions of the MNAR forms before purchasing the new revisions?
MNAR recommends that all REALTOR^® members use the most current revision of all MNAR approved forms since we are continually making clarifying changes to the forms in response to legal inquiries and/or court cases in order to reduce your risk of liability. In addition, many of the changes made to the MANR forms are a result of statutory changes that need to be reflected in the forms.
