Essential Real Estate Marketing Guide (10.10.24) ZOOM
Essential Real Estate Marketing Guide
This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3 hours of real Estate Continuing Education
(Meets a requirement for the GRI Designation.)
Today's consumers are constantly being overwhelmed with marketing in all aspects of their daily lives which makes it harder than ever to effectively reach them. In this session, we will explore how and why consumer behaviors and marketing have changed and give each attendee a guidebook to follow to reach them by focusing on relationship-based marketing techniques and using digital options including social media, video, blogging, and more to connect with, foster relationships, build digital communities and more. The course will also include an overview of local and state laws as well as the National Association of
REALTOR policies to ensure that all marketing and communication are done properly and compliantly.
**Please note:
This class will be offered via the Zoom meeting platform, a live, virtual format. Materials and class attendance requirements will be sent to you via email 48-hours prior to the class.
