Code of Ethics Case Studies II
Satisfies the NAR requirement for the Code of Ethics
This class also satisfies a requirement for the GRI Designation.
Explore common scenarios faced in the Real Estate industry and your legal and ethical duties when these situations arise. Jon Kopecky will go into the Ethics Complaint process and potential discipline if found in violation of the Code of Ethics. Case Studies may also be discussed.
**Please note:
This class will be offered via the Zoom meeting platform, a live, virtual format. Materials and class attendance requirements will be sent to you via email 48-hours prior to the class.
Video attendance is required.
If you register and are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you would let us know 48 hours in advance of the class, this way we have an opportunity to allow another student to attend since class size is limited.
