Non - Interest Bearing Financing for Homebuyers 

This one-hour class presented by the Minnesota Homeownership Center and Minnesota Realtors® will provide you with valuable information on non-interest-bearing financing products for Minnesota homebuyers in need of home purchase financing tools that do not accrue interest. The payment of interest is prohibited by some religions, and specialized products exist to accommodate this restriction.

**Please note:  This class will be offered via the Zoom meeting platform, a live, virtual format. Class materials and access to the class with be available in your MNR Academy dashboard (www.academymnr.com).  Video attendance is required. If you register and are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you would let us know 48 hours in advance of the class, this way we have an opportunity to allow another student to attend since class size is limited. Please see the cancellation policy for more details.

Note: Prepare to be on time as the DOC requires you cannot miss ANY of the class or no CE can be given.
