He has hands- on leadership experience and has held several senior-level positions with real estate brokerage organizations including Long & Foster, Weichert Realtors and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (now Anywhere Advisors), where he spent the last 10 years of his career. As Group President at CB, he oversaw 66 sales offices and 4,000+ associates that generated more than $10 billion in annual sales volume.

Nobu was then recruited to work for the nation's top real estate trade association where as the Director of Industry Outreach and the Chief Executive for Colorado's largest local Realtor® association, he earned the respect of Realtors®, fellow association and Multiple Listing Service executives, brokerage-owners and technology company owners as he bridged their worlds with no-holds-barred advice to better their business and organizations. The proof was in the pudding as he earned accolades and recognition from small real estate associations to the likes of Inman News, Stefan Swanepoel and more during his time there.

Lisa is responsible for the delivery and management of brokerage and team consulting programs for the company. She founded, grew, and eventually sold an independent boutique brokerage company. She then served as President & Principal Broker of the company that acquired her brokerage.  Prior to joining T3 Sixty, she served as global vice president lead lead affiliate services for Sotheby’s International Realty where she led the servicing team for the U.S. and Canada and served as a business consultant for affiliates throughout the Mountain West region. She and her team supported approximately 150 independently owned and operated Sotheby’s International Realty companies and 600 offices working closely with the affiliates to develop strategies that focused on growth and profitability, recruiting and retention, and brand engagement.

He provides counsel to the Council of Multiple Listing Services, the Real Estate Standards Organization, and many multiple listing services and REALTOR® Associations.

Josh McFall has been named the new chief executive officer of Minnesota Realtors® (MNR). He comes to the state association by way of Alabama, where he served as CEO of the Huntsville Area Association of REALTORS® (HAAR) and ValleyMLS.com. 

McFall holds the National Association of REALTORS® REALTOR® Certified Association Executive (RCE) Designation, (NAR) ePRO Certification, At Home with Diversity (AHWD) Certification, and the Commitment to Excellence Endorsement (C2EX). He has earned the American Society of Association Executive’s (ASAE) top-level designation, Certified Association Executive (CAE).

Originally from Florence, Alabama, McFall holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Communication from the University of North Alabama and a master’s degree in Communication from Auburn University. Prior to his time at HAAR, he served as vice president of Strategic Development at the Alabama Association of REALTORS® (AAR) where he managed the state association’s strategic initiatives, professional development, and association communications. McFall has also served on faculty at Auburn University, Huntingdon College, Auburn University-Montgomery, and Jefferson State Community College teaching courses in communication.
