Minnesota Realtors® Welcomes Heather Meier as Chief Finance & Operations Officer

Heather comes to MNR with considerable experience having served as CFO/COO at both the American Clean Power Association and The Nature Conservancy (External Affairs), and as a finance executive at General Mills. Additionally, she serves as a board member for the Northeastern Minnesotans for Wilderness, a member of the Minnesota Chapter of the CFO Leadership Council, and a mentor with TeamWomen and Menttium.

“Heather comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience in this space,” said CEO Josh McFall. “Her expertise in setting and driving organizational priorities and growth, partnered with her collaborative approach, will make her a great fit to carry MNR successfully into the future.” McFall continued, “Her skillset, mixed with her passion and personality, are going to be great for our association!”

Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Admin-Accounting and a master’s degree in Agricultural Economics (from Penn State). She and her husband reside with their two terriers in a historic home in Monticello.
