This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of commerce for 3 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education

Just like the Boomers of yesterday, Millennials take a different type of marketing style to reach and need agents to work with them in other ways that you may not think about. From social media to text messages, Deb goes into detail on how to reach a millennial today. At the end of the day, it is the consumer's happiness we are after and this course will dive into the Happiness of the Millennial.

*Please note:  This class will be offered Hybrid, with an in-person or Zoom option.  If attending using the Zoom format, video attendance is required.  For both the in-person or Zoom options, class materials will be available in your MNR Academy dashboard.  If you register and are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you would let us know 48 hours in advance of the class, this way we have an opportunity to allow another student to attend since class size is limited.  Please see the cancellation policy for more details. 

We will change any “HYBRID” class to “Zoom only” if the number of in-person registrants does not meet the minimum requirement. 

Note: Prepare to be on time as the DOC requires you cannot miss ANY of the class or no CE can be given.
