22/23 Required Module (3.29.23) NAREB
2022-22 Required Module: Practical Application to Inclusive Representation
This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3.75 of Real Estate Continuing Education
In the United States, owning a home is the largest generator of wealth for families, exceeding even a households income or their level of educational attainment. Yet, lack of access to homeownership is exacerbating existing racial inequities and affecting economic mobility across the country. This course will cover everyday issues that real estate licensees encounter and address the real estate licensees role as a fiduciary to provide consistent representation that is fair, inclusive and free of conscious or unconscious discrimination.
Note: Prepare to be on time as the DOC rules require that you cannot miss ANY of each class or NO CE can be given.
