Legislative Panel Discussion
While it appears the Capitol Complex will be more open to the public during the 2023 Session, there is still some uncertainty regarding access. Therefore, again this year, instead of individual meetings with your legislators, we are bringing the conversation to you by hosting a panel discussion with key legislators on housing issues, moderated by political analyst and WCCO contributor, Blois Olson. We also plan on launching a “Call for Action” that day targeting every member of the legislature regarding our key legislative priorities. A delicious breakfast will be served.

Economic Insights Presentation by NAR’s Brandi Snowden (1-hour of CE)
Brandi Snowden, Director, Member and Consumer Survey Research for the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), will be presenting at Minnesota Realtors® Day at the Capitol.
This presentation will cover economic insights from NAR economists along with trends and housing forecasts they are seeing. This will include data on existing home sales, home prices, and findings from our REALTORS® Confidence Index Survey. Along with this data, survey research findings will be shared to show trends among our members and consumers. This will include survey data from our Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, Member Profile, Snapshot of Race and Home Buying in America, Home Staging Survey, and Technology Survey. Please note: There is 1 hour of CE offered for this presentation.
