Legal Hotline

Have a pressing question about the real estate law or your exposure to legal risk? Our staff attorneys are here to help on the Legal Hotline.

How it Works

The Legal Hotline is a service from Minnesota Realtors® provided exclusively to Member-Brokers and specified Office Managers. The Legal Hotline is available Monday through Friday from 9am – 12pm and 1pm – 4pm (CST) with our lawyers ready to answer your questions.

Online Submission

Brokers and office managers can also submit Legal Hotline questions online anytime, 24/7. Your query will be forwarded to a staff attorney who will respond as soon as possible or, if submitted after hours, the next business day.

Use the Legal Hotline’s online form to submit general questions about real estate related legal matters. One of our staff attorneys will answer your question by phone within 24 hours.
