On-Demand Classes

Completing your education requirements just got easier. MNR now offers flexible, virtual On-Demand classes to transform how you do CE. You’ll get back precious time for your business and personal life when you take On-Demand classes. These classes will be accessed through the MNR Academy.

2023–2024 Required Module: Fair Housing, Agency Law, & Legal Update
Open now through June 30, 2024 | 3.75 CE hours | FREE for MNR Members 

This course will provide real estate licensees with knowledge of Agency relationships and duties in Minnesota. Information will also be shared on RESPA, marketing services agreements and the new loan estimate form. Common Interest Ownership properties statutes will be covered, highlighting different types of properties, disclosure obligations, and rights. It will also cover fair housing laws and resources. (This class meets the Agency and Fair Housing Minnesota CE requirements and satisfies the 1-Hour Broker Module Requirement.)

Code of Ethics 
Open now through December 31, 2024 | 2.5 CE hours | FREE for MNR Members 

NAR’s Code of Ethics, adopted in 1913, was one of the first codifications of ethical duties adopted by any business group. The Code ensures that consumers are served by requiring REALTORS® to cooperate with each other in furthering clients’ best interests. Code of Ethics reviews the commonly violated articles of the Code, the complaint process, and the hearing process. This 2.5 hour class will count toward your NAR Code of Ethics requirement and is also approved for 2.5 hours of CE by the Minnesota Department of Commerce. MNR is offering this class free of charge for MNR members.
