I have been involved in real estate management since 1998. For ten years I worked as an office manager for a real estate company in Willmar and was responsible for day to day office management, along with training new agents and customer service. In 2008 I started with the West Central Association of REALTORS as the MLS Coordinator and education coordinator. I was promoted to Association Executive of the West Central Association of REALTORS in 2011. I received the RCE Designation (Realtor Certified Executive) in 2015 from the National Association of REALTORS.
