Hi, I'm Laurie Cottingham. I have been a licensed REALTOR since 1992. In 2001, my broker, Thomas Atwood asked if I would consider being his Sales Manager. After much soul searching I decided to help the agents in our company, which in turn would help our clients and customers. I am still a licensed REALTOR, but I don't actively list and sell. I continue to assist our current broker, Jeff Kaul, as Sales Manager for our offices in Mankato, St. Peter, Mille Lacs and Duluth. I have served on the Professional Standards Committee since 2000 and will continue to serve on this committee as I believe it is a great learning opportunity and helps me stay on top of what is happening in the market place.
