MNR Bylaws

Minnesota Realtors® bylaws act as a roadmap and operating manual for the entire organization. They define our purpose, classes of membership, and composition of the Board of Directors and all its major offices. They also describe the role of the outline committees, subcommittees, task forces and forums. Additionally, they establish the structure for dues, fees and payment, and outline criteria for disciplining violations of bylaws.

This governing document is regularly reviewed and updated by the Board of Directors.
