The Fall Parade of Homes is on now through October 4th. This fall’s tour features 355 new homes available to explore across the Twin Cities ranging in price from $239,570 to $2,800,000.

Free guidebooks are available at a Holiday Stationstores in the metro area to help tour-goers plan their tours. You can plan your in-person tour or explore virtual tours online at ParadeofHomes.org or download the Parade of Homes app. Online visitors can save favorites to their own personal login and then plan the best tour route with the Tour Planner. The Tour Planner allows you to easily share home listings with others, mix new and remodeled homes together, and plan multiple routes.
Touring is always free, except for a handful of homes that are selected by the Housing First Minnesota Foundation as their Dream Homes, with a $5 entry admission required. All proceeds help the Foundation build and remodel homes for area families in need.

Remodelers Showcase kicks off Oct. 2
The final weekend of the tour, the Remodelers Showcase is a great way for homeowners to visit the real work of area remodelers. The tour lets families see real remodeling projects and learn how remodeling can help them remain in their community when their homes no longer fit their needs. This fall, visitors can tour 43 remodeled homes by 32 professional remodeling companies Oct. 2-4 from 12-6 p.m.
