The Pathway to Achievement program is designed to promote diversity within the Realtor® membership by helping people not in Minnesota’s racial majority join the Realtor® community and enhance their probability of success. MNR is excited to announce the 2021 recipients!

Quincy has begun his first year as a Realtor®, and has already begun networking and engaging with his peers. After purchasing his own home, he decided on a career move from the non-profit world. Quincy plans to focus on first-time home buyers, and wants to work towards closing the homeownership gap in Minnesota.

Luis is in his first year as a Realtor®, and was inspired to choose the real estate career path by his aunt and cousin, both whom are Realtors®. Luis plans to teach Spanish HomeStretch classes, and wants to help educate first-time home buyers on the home buying process.

Josh is in his first year as a Realtor®. After working physically demanding factory jobs, he moved to a sales job and decided he wanted more. Always wanting to learn more, Josh hopes to help people build generational wealth.

After helping a friend through the home buying process, Sar was inspired to jump into obtaining his real estate license while also attending college for education. He wants to help as many people as possible, especially for those in Karen-speaking communities.

Dariale decided on a career change from working at Mayo Clinic to real estate after she and her husband went through the home buying process. Her broker was a tremendous help through to closing, and she wants to be able to do the same for others in the Southern Minnesota Hispanic community.
