Five Reasons to Attend UNITE!
We’ve all been in the same boat over the past few years. Networking and business meetings have mostly occurred over Zoom from the solitude of our home offices. The business lunch has been replaced by the slightly sad online happy hour. Virtual classes and events have allowed us to stay up to date with CE and hear knowledgeable speakers, but the excitement that comes from sitting in a room with several hundred people is hard to achieve over broadband.

With all this in mind, we’ve planned a Realtors® UNITE that is jam-packed with the best things only a live event can offer! So register, pack a bag, and get ready for a great time where Realtors® will meet, mingle, and learn new ways to grow their businesses. Need more convincing? Here are five reasons why you don’t want to miss this event!

Learn. Grow as a pro with Continuing Education opportunities from our amazing speaker lineup: Tru Pettigrew, Sean Carpenter, Abhi Golhar, Bill Lublin, and Mary Johnson-Pallin. Get the tools and insight you need to build your career in our rapidly-evolving industry.

Fun. Food, excitement, and celebration. Need we say more?

Networking. Learning from each other is a great way to grow your business. Make new friends and build connections with your fellow attendees—and don’t miss the chance to meet with world-class exhibitors in the Vendor Expo.

Inspiration & Motivation. Our opening and closing keynote speakers will inspire and leave you motivated to go back out into the world with new insights. We will kick off the event with Mike Jaffe—a 9/11 survivor who shares a message of self-discovery and empowerment. Our closing speaker is Dr. Bernice A. King—daughter of Martin Luther King, Jr., and CEO of The King Center.

Get to know MN Realtors®. Meet the incoming volunteer Leadership Team, state staff, and this year’s award recipients (Realtor® of the Year, Ed Anderson Political Achievement Award, and the Minnesota Good Neighbor Award). See what services the state offers to help you succeed.

And if these five reasons haven’t convinced you, listen to your fellow Realtors® testimonials:

“It has been amazing. I loved being at UNITE,” said Monique Garza, a Realtor® from Realty Group LLC in Woodbury. “The session on personal safety really resonated with me. It hit me hard and made me think about what I should be doing differently.”

“I’ve only been in the business for six months. I came here to learn from all these experienced people,” said Laura Sutton, a Realtor® with Shrewd Real Estate in St. Cloud. “I’m going all in—like jumping in over your head in cold water. It forces you to swim.”

“It’s about being a part of this great industry and being involved in the organization that represents us and the name that we carry every day—Realtor®. Everyone should attend. It’s worth the investment.” –Laura Lee Berger, Apple Valley

“Exchanging ideas in tech that has worked for us…You only get that information when you interact.” –Alexis Peters, Counselor Realty of Detroit Lakes

“One of the main takeaways of coming to the convention is the chance to network with Realtors® from all across the state. And that is invaluable. You can’t put a pricetag on that.” –Sheila Holley, Edina Realty of Brainerd

“Coming to the convention is your obligation and duty as a Realtor®. It really is. To stay up with what’s going on and legislative issues. To see what’s coming up in the future.” –Laura Lee Berger, Coldwell Banker Burnet of Apple Valley
