MNR Welcomes Laurie Hanson as Legal Affairs Coordinator

Minnesota Realtors® is pleased to welcome Laurie Hanson to our staff as Legal Affairs Coordinator.

Laurie has worked as a Realtor® for the past seven years and holds the GRI, ABR, and ePRO designations. She also has a Legal Secretary diploma, Paralegal certificate, and a B.S. in Human Resource Management from St. Cloud State University. Laurie worked at a law firm while completing her bachelor's degree and has several years of experience in the human resources field. She is excited to combine her interests and experiences in this new role.

“We are so excited to have Laurie on our team,” said Jonathan Kopecky, Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs. “Her seven years of experience as a Realtor® and member of the association not only provide us with strong industry knowledge but give us firsthand insights on how members engage with the association and how we can better assist them.”

Laurie and her husband of 21 years have three children, ranging in age from 12 to 18. Their family resides in Elk River and enjoys camping together with their two Rat Terriers.
