About Cindy McFarland
Cindy brings over 25 years of experience as a Human Resource professional and holds a master’s degree in human resource management as well as an executive coaching certification. Most recently, Cindy was HR Director at American Clean Power Association and prior to that she worked in HR leadership and HR business partner roles in software technology and manufacturing companies. She is looking forward to utilizing her HR knowledge and experience to make a positive impact at Minnesota Realtors®.
