This course satisfies a requirement on the GRI Designation checklist. 
This course also satisfies the 1 hour of Fair Housing requirement

In today's ever-evolving real estate landscape, understanding and embracing diversity is key to expanding business opportunities and fostering inclusive communities. This course equips real estate professionals with the knowledge and strategies needed to effectively engage with diverse populations while upholding fair housing principles.  Participants will have actionable strategies to expand their reach, foster inclusivity, and successfully market to diverse homebuyers while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

**Please note:  This class will be offered via the Zoom meeting platform, a live, virtual format. Class materials and access to the class with be available in your MNR Academy dashboard (www.academymnr.com).  Video attendance is required. If you register and are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you would let us know 48 hours in advance of the class, this way we have an opportunity to allow another student to attend since class size is limited.
