Important RAMCO System Upgrade Scheduled for February 11

MNR's RAMCO database (association management software) will be upgraded on Wednesday, February 11, starting at 7 am to approximately 5 pm. This upgrade will briefly affect some of our services.

What WILL be Impacted:

If you happen to experience a car breakdown in winter weather. It’s important to remain calm and follow the tips below.  

  1. Logging into the MNR website and your RAMCO portal profile
  2. Course Registrations
  3. MNR Academy
  4. MNR Communities 
  5. Legal Hotline online form

What will NOT be Impacted:

  1. MNR's Legal Hotline calls and voicemails (The Legal Hotline will remain open during normal office hours)
  2. Other Associations using RAMCO
