Lacey Brutschy

Lacey Brutschy

Founder of The Advisory Team

Lacey Brutschy is the founder of The Advisory Team at REAL Broker and one of Dallas' top-producing real estate agents. Over the course of her career, she has helped clients buy and sell more than $100 million in real estate while earning recognition as a Wall Street Journal Top 1% agent nationwide and a Top 100 Dallas-Fort Worth real estate agent.

Best known for her educational approach to marketing, Lacey has built an audience of more than 117,000 followers on TikTok by creating content that helps consumers make smarter real estate decisions. That audience has become the foundation of a business that consistently generates millions of dollars in annual sales without paying for leads, buying online advertising, or relying on traditional prospecting.

Instead of chasing algorithms or viral trends, Lacey focuses on something much simpler: building trust at scale. By sharing honest, educational content and leveraging free social media platforms, she has created authentic relationships with thousands of people long before they ever need a REALTOR®. Those relationships have become the engine behind a referral-driven business built on credibility rather than cold calls, paid lead generation, or sales pressure.

In her presentations, Lacey shares the practical strategies, content frameworks, and systems she uses every day to help agents attract clients organically, create genuine connections online, and build businesses that are both profitable and sustainable.
