Good Neighbor Award
This annual award honors a Realtor® whose volunteer work makes a positive impact on a community. Honorees demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to improve the lives of those in need by generously donating their time and talents to charitable organizations.
Recipients will be announced and recognized at the 2026 UNITE! convention held in Brooklyn Park on October 7-8. They will also receive a $1000 one-time award on behalf on the 501(c)3 non-profit with which they are volunteering.
Nominations for the 2026 Good Neighbor Award are now open and will closes on September 15, 2026.
