GRI Scholarships Program!

If you have been a member of Minnesota Realtor® for 2-10 years, then you are eligible to apply for one of 12 GRI Realtor® Designation Scholarships. Awarded annually, each scholarship provides tuition reimbursement and other related costs for qualified candidates who are looking to earn their GRI Realtor® Designation.

The application process for this year is NOW CLOSED! Applications for 2027 will open again in Summer 2026.

GRI Realtor® Designation Requirements

To earn your GRI Realtor® Designation, you must complete the following requirements:

Complete 15 required courses covering Section I: The Sales Process, Section II: Legal & Regulatory, Section III: Technology, and Section IV: Professional Standards
PLUS additional elective courses to earn a total of 60 credit hours*.
There is now an additional option to customize your GRI Realtor® Designation with in-depth electives using NAR certification courses (credit hours vary) such as At Home with Diversity, Military Relocation Professional, Pricing Strategy Advisor, and more.

*Credit hours must be completed within a 5-year time period.
