Originally from Togo (West Africa), Adade Amenounve moved to Minneapolis to earn a degree in project management from St. Thomas University. This knowledge, coupled with his undergraduate degree from Rasmussen College in Business Administration and his work in the housing industry, has provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations and educating homebuyers, sellers, and investors.
Adade has been working in Minnesota real estate since 2005. He is the Broker Owner of United Realty LLC and is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Adade’s clients describe him as compassionate, caring, detail-oriented, and fun.
Adade takes pride in giving back to the community outside of real estate. Adade is a proud Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity, PRG, PPL, and Living Word Church volunteer, teaching first-time homebuyer classes.
Adade is a board member of the National Association of Hispanic Realtors (NAHREP) twin cities, the Minneapolis Area Realtors (MAR) Trustee Fund. Adade is the new vice-chair of the Global Committee of the Minneapolis Realtors and a proud Professional Standards Committee member of the Minnesota Realtors.
He now lives with his wife and two daughters in Lakeville. He enjoys time cooking, traveling, exercising, and DJing.
